A clue that is wrong. Every clue is researched before it is published, but facts get away from people. If something in a mystery is inaccurate, say which mystery and what is wrong with it, and it will be corrected and noted.
An answer the game refused. The game is meant to accept reasonable variations — plurals, missing articles, common alternative names, a typo here and there. If it turned down something that should plainly have counted, that is a bug worth reporting, and it helps to include exactly what you typed.
An idea for a mystery. The best subjects are things almost anyone in the world would recognise once named, and that carry one surprising fact underneath. If you have one, send the answer and the fact — the clues are the easy part.
Something broken. A page that will not load, a layout that overlaps, progress that vanished. Please mention the device and browser; it makes the difference between a fix and a guess.
Usually within a few days. Reports of a wrong or unfair clue jump the queue, because everybody in the world is looking at the same one that day.
Same address. Clue O'Clock is independent and self-funded through advertising, and it is happy to stay that way.
